Horse racing tips: Friday March 28
There are five horse racing meetings across the UK and Ireland today. Wetherby (2.00-5.50pm) and Fontwell (2.10-4.55) stage jump cards, before the all-weather Flat fixtures at Lingfield (2.22-5.37), Southwell (4.40-7.45) and Dundalk (5.30-8.30).
Today's nap is Popular Dream who can get a win on the board for jockey Joanna Mason and trainer Derek Shaw at Southwell.

4.40 Southwell – Handicap (5f)
Connections will be hoping that today's drop to Class 6 company will be the change required for POPULAR DREAM to get his head in front in the first race on the card.
The Oasis Dream gelding won a Class 5 event here in January off a mark of 62 and finished third last time out in Class 4 company, off a mark of 65, despite not getting the clearest of runs.
Blue Force and Nelson Gay certainly demand respect based on recent form but both are running off 3lb higher than their wins last time out, so Popular Dream certainly holds the cards today.
