Nicholas Altheimer, Curtis track and field — Senior sprinted to three state titles at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma in the 4A Boys 100M Dash (10.59), 200M Dash (21.07), and the 4x100M Relay (40.93). Owen Brown, Mount Rainier track and field — Rams senior claimed the 4A Boys Triple Jump state title with his final leap at Mount Tahoma's WIAA Track & Field championships. Eddie Bruner Jr., Lincoln track and field — Abes junior set a personal record in his 3A Boys 400M title run (46.94) and won his second title with Lincoln's 4x100M Relay (41.69). Xavier Bunn, Tumwater track and field — T-Birds senior took home two gold medals in the 2A Boys Triple Jump (45-5.5) and 4x100M Relay (41.78) at Mount Tahoma's WIAA state meet. Ethan Carter, Eatonville track and field — Cruisers senior captured the 2A Boys Pole Vault state title (15-6) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma. Marvis Christian, Franklin Pierce track and field — Cardinals senior successfully defended his 2A Boys Long Jump title (22-8.75) at the WIAA state meet at Mount Tahoma. Mateo Cordero, Mount Tahoma track and field — Won the Mixed 100M Dash Unified title at the WIAA Track & Field championships on his home track (11.79). Jake Cuda, Gig Harbor baseball — Had a strong start in 3A state tournament loss to Kennewick, going five innings, allowing three hits, one run, walking three and striking out two. Andy Glaze, Steilacoom track and field — Sentinels senior won the 2A Boys 800M title (1:53.56) at the WIAA state meet at Mount Tahoma. Carson Godfrey, Olympia track and field — Bears junior won 4A Boys Shot Put title (60-10.5) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma. Kanai Kennedy, Mount Tahoma track and field — Freshman sprinter captured the 3A Boys 100M Dash state title on his home track (10.80) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma. Ethan Mar, Gig Harbor baseball — Went 2-for-3 with three RBI and a walk in 3A state tournament semifinal loss to Kennewick. Jett Reed, Puyallup baseball — Pitched 4 1/3 innings in relief in Puyallup's 4A state tournament semifinal loss to Lake Washington, allowing no hits, no runs and walking one. Jordan Smith, Timberline track and field — Blazers senior won the 3A Boys 300M Hurdles title at the WIAA state meet at Mount Tahoma. Gage Thompson, Puyallup baseball — Hit a solo home run to left field, scoring Puyallup's lone run in its 4A state tournament semifinal loss to Lake Washington. Geron White, Federal Way track and field — Eagles senior soared to repeat state high jump titles (6-11.25) and claimed the 3A Boys Triple Jump championship (46-6.25) at Mount Tahoma's WIAA state meet.

Amara Brown, Sumner track and field — Spartans senior won the 4A Girls 400M Dash state title (55.80) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma. Iren Derricks, Emerald Ridge track and field — Jaguars sophomore claimed two state titles in the 4A Girls 100M Dash (11.68) and 200M Dash (24.10) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma. Derricks' 200-meter time took down a state meet record that stood for 43 years (Donna Dennis, Clover Park, 24.13). Taylor Johnson, Eatonville track and field — Cruisers junior won two gold medals in the Girls Discus Throw Ambulatory (52-2) and Shot Put Ambulatory (17-5.75) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma. Marcella Jones, Kent-Meridian track and field — Royals senior won state titles in the 3A Girls 100M Dash (12.17) and 300M Hurdles (42.78) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma. Addison Kelly, Silas track and field — Rams senior won her third straight 3A Girls Triple Jump title (38-6.5) at the WIAA state meet at Mount Tahoma. Kayla Williams, Spanaway Lake track and field — Sentinels junior won the 4A Girls Triple Jump title (40-1) at the WIAA state meet at Mount Tahoma. Callie Wilson, Bonney Lake track and field — Panthers senior claimed the 4A Girls 100M Hurdles state title (14.22) and finished runner-up in the 4A Girls 200M Dash (24.56) at the WIAA Track & Field championships at Mount Tahoma.

The Tides went on to beat Inglemoor, 6-2, and advanced to this weekend's 3A semifinals. Reece Colbert, Charles Wright-Life Christian baseball — Junior threw six excellent innings in Saturday's 1A quarterfinal win over Cedar Park Christian, 9-3, permitting two hits and one earned run with five walks and 10 strikeouts. Leadoff hitter went 1-for-3 with a double, RBI, two walks, and two runs. Kaleb Copeland, Peninsula baseball — Junior right-hander delivered six shutout innings in Saturday's extra-inning state loss to Eastside Catholic, 1-0, allowing four hits with no walks and two strikeouts. Jake Cuda, Gig Harbor baseball — Junior right-hander threw a complete game in Saturday's 3A quarterfinal win over Inglemoor, 6-2, allowing six hits and two earned runs with one walk and five strikeouts. Cuda threw 99 pitches, 70 for strikes. Ethan Flavel, Decatur baseball — Sophomore right-hander dominated North Thurston via complete-game shutout in Saturday's 5-0 state win, surrendering just four hits and two walks with 10 strikeouts (0 ER). Easton Francis, Charles Wright-Life Christian baseball — Senior right-hander tossed six solid frames (6 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 11 K) in Saturday's state-opening win over Royal, 4-3, and went 1-for-4 with a double at the plate. In the 1A quarterfinals later Saturday, Francis finished a homer shy of the cycle at the plate and went 3-for-4 with three runs and three RBI. Dylan Hoots, Fife baseball — Went 2-for-4 and drove in the team's only run in an 8-1 loss to Bainbridge in 2A state tournament opening round game on Saturday. Cooper Hordyk, Curtis baseball — Sophomore right-hander threw six strong innings in Saturday's 1-0 state loss to Eastlake, allowing four hits and one earned run with no walks and a strikeout. Kellen Mariani, Charles Wright-Life Christian baseball — Sophomore left fielder delivered the game-winning, RBI single in the sixth inning of Saturday's 4-3 state win over Royal. Mariani went 1-for-2 with a walk and RBI. Cooper Markham, Enumclaw baseball — Senior tossed 6.2 strong innings in Saturday's state-opening win over Stanwood, 2-1, allowing three hits and one run (0 ER) with two walks and 11 strikeouts. At the plate, doubled and finished 1-for-3 with a walk. Mason Pike, Puyallup baseball — Star pitcher no-hit Moses Lake with 17 strikeouts in Saturday's 4A State Round of 16, walking two across seven spectacular innings. The Vikings took down Moses Lake (5-0) and Lake Stevens (6-5) to reach this weekend's 4A semifinals. Wyatt Plyler, Sumner baseball — Sophomore right-hander threw five solid frames in Saturday's 6-2 state loss to Issaquah (3 H, 2 ER, 4 BB, 8 K) and went 1-for-2 with two walks at the plate. Daniel Porras, Gig Harbor baseball — Tides center fielder lifted a two-run homer in the first inning of Saturday's 3A quarterfinal win over Inglemoor, 6-2, finishing 2-for-3 with a run and two RBI. Zeke Prociw, Cascade Christian golf — Fired a tournament-low 69 in Tuesday's opening round and carded a final-round 72 to claim the 1A state boys golf title by four shots at Liberty Lake Golf Course. Jett Reed, Puyallup baseball — Senior left-hander threw 4.2 strong innings (4 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 9 K) to push Puyallup past Lake Stevens, 6-5, and into this weekend's 4A state semifinals. DJ Ringenbach, Puyallup baseball — A walk-off for school history books, the left fielder's game-winning single completed a three-run comeback in the final frame and lifted Puyallup over Lake Stevens, 6-5, in Saturday's 4A state quarterfinals. Ringenbach went 2-for-4 with a run and RBI. Zack Robertson, Puyallup soccer — Despite nursing an injury, came in and scored Puyallup's lone goal in 2-1 loss to Hazen in the 4A state tournament quarterfinals. It was his 30th goal of the season. Theo Snyder, Gig Harbor golf — Carded a two-day 144 (73-71), tying for fourth at the 3A boys state golf tournament at Creek at Qualchan Golf Course in Spokane. Jimmy Womach, Tumwater baseball — Junior catcher doubled twice in Saturday's 6-4 state loss to Port Angeles, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.

In Friday's state-opening 17-1 win over Nathan Hale, Ferguson threw three perfect innings (7 K) and doubled at the plate (1-for-4, RBI). Carly Ikei, Gig Harbor golf — Shot a two-day 149 (75-74), finishing in third place at the 3A girls state golf tournament at Indian Canyon Golf Course in Spokane. Jessika Jennings, Graham-Kapowsin softball — Senior pitcher struck out 11 and homered at the plate in Friday's 8-5 state win over Glacier Peak, then threw a five-inning one-hitter (0 ER, 3 BB, 8 K) in Saturday's 8-0 state win over North Creek. The Eagles raced to a third-place finish at the 4A state tournament in Richland. Paige Jones, Peninsula softball — Seahawks shortstop went 3-for-3 with a walk and two RBI in Thursday's state-opening win over Southridge, 11-10. Leila Kennach, Franklin Pierce softball — Senior SS/P homered in Friday's 9-4 state win over Nathan Hale, going 2-for-3 with a walk, two runs, and three RBI. In the circle, threw a pair of shutout relief innings (2 H) with no walks and four strikeouts. Ella Lee, Charles Wright golf — Shot a two-day 159 (81-78), finishing in fifth place at the 1A state girls golf tournament at Liberty Lake Golf Course. Sierra Murray, Rogers softball — Rams freshman carried Rogers to the 4A state championship with consistently-dominant pitching, going 3-1 in four combined tournament starts (27 IP) with a 1.00 ERA (3 ER), 32 strikeouts and 11 walks. At the plate, went a combined 4-for-12 (.333 AVG) with a home run and two RBI. Sofia Nguyen, Fife golf — Shot a two-day 154 (77-77), finishing in second place at the 2A state girls golf tournament at the Tumwater Valley Golf Club. Avery Peterson, Kentwood golf — Shot a two-day 155 (80-75), tying for third place at the 4A girls state golf tournament at Eagles Pride Golf Course in DuPont. Brooklyn Pettit, Graham-Kapowsin softball — Freshman P/OF homered in Friday's 15-2 state win over Tahoma and threw a shutout relief inning (2 K), finishing 3-for-5 with two runs and three RBI. Sarah Stevens, Tumwater softball — T-Birds 1B/P homered in Friday's 17-1 state win over Nathan Hale and threw two relief innings (1 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 3 K) to shut the door. Kenzie Stolmeier, Emerald Ridge softball — Senior catcher homered twice in Saturday's 9-8 state win over Skyline, finishing 2-for-2 with a walk, two homers, and four RBI. Alanna Wirtala, Emerald Ridge softball — Senior ace defused one of the area's strongest lineups in Friday's 3-1 state win over Tahoma, throwing a complete-game two-hitter with one run (0 ER), no walks, and 15 strikeouts. In Emerald Ridge's 7-1 win over Glacier Peak later Friday, Wirtala threw a complete game (6 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 6 K) and went 3-for-4 at the plate with a walk, home run, two doubles, and three RBI.

Carter Christiansen, Fife baseball — Want power? This catcher delivered in a loser-out, winner-to-state game over Franklin Pierce on Saturday, hitting three home runs and driving in four runs in a 4-2 win, clinching a 2A state tournament berth for the Trojans. Diego Flores, Tahoma soccer — The hero in Tahoma's 1-0 win over Union in the 4A District 3/4 championship game, Flores scored the lone goal in the first half from 35 yards out. Easton Francis, Charles Wright/Life Christian baseball — Threw a complete-game gem in 5-1 win over Klahowya in 1A District 3 title game, going seven innings, allowing four hits, one run, walking none and striking out seven. At the plate, drove in a pair of runs. Joe Giles, Curtis baseball — The catcher's two-run single sparked a four-run third inning in Saturday's winner-to-state, loser-out playoff win over Tahoma, 7-2. Giles finished 1-for-4 with two RBI. Luke Houk, Tumwater baseball — Senior threw five excellent innings (3 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 5 K) and retired his first nine batters in order to clinch a 2A state berth in Wednesday's 11-1 district playoff win over Hockinson. Kevin Kershaw, Tahoma soccer — Scored four goals in 6-0 win over Olympia in a 4A District 3/4 semifinal game. Rudy Larson, North Thurston baseball — The senior right-hander's complete-game shutout silenced Enumclaw in Tuesday's 4-0 playoff win, securing a 3A state-tournament berth. Larson threw a four-hitter (0 ER) with two walks and eight strikeouts. Harvey Lieberman, Kennedy Catholic baseball — Lancers starter threw a complete game (7 IP, 2 ER) and retired Emerald Ridge's final six batters in order to clinch a 4A state berth, 6-2, on Tuesday. Hunter Payne, Gig Harbor baseball — Went 2-for-3 with two RBI in 3-2 win over Capital in 3A District 3/4 semifinal game on Saturday. Madden Pike, Puyallup baseball — Freshman threw 4.2 shutout relief innings (3 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 6 K) to preserve the lead in Saturday's district championship win over Sumner, 7-6. The Vikings (26-0) roll into the 4A state tournament as the No. 1 seed. Mason Pike, Puyallup baseball — Senior right-hander threw a complete-game shutout to clinch a 4A state berth in Tuesday's 6-0 playoff win over Olympia, permitting three hits and two walks with 12 strikeouts over seven strong innings. Wyatt Plyler, Sumner baseball — Right-hander threw 6.2 stellar innings in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Tahoma that clinched a 4A state berth, allowing four hits and one run (0 ER) with two walks and 11 strikeouts. In Plyler's last three starts, the sophomore is 2-0 with a 1.88 ERA and 24 strikeouts. Lucas Redman, Capital baseball — Senior right-hander threw five strong frames (1 R, 0 ER, 7 K) in Tuesday's 9-3 playoff win over Prairie, clinching a 3A state berth. Isaac Schultz-Tait, Peninsula baseball — Went 1-for-2 with two RBI and a walk in 4-2 win over crosstown rival Gig Harbor in the 3A District 3/4 championship game on Saturday. Matthew Sleeter, Peninsula baseball — Senior 1B went 4-for-4 and delivered a pair of RBI singles in Peninsula's 6-5 playoff win over Decatur that clinched a 3A state berth. Chase Waters, Capital baseball — Cougars senior went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBI in Tuesday's 9-3 playoff win over Prairie, clinching a 3A state berth. Micah Yanos, Curtis baseball — Right fielder went 2-for-3 with two RBI in 7-2 win over Tahoma on Saturday, clinching a 4A state tournament berth for the Vikings.
