11 spring break camps you can still sign the kids up for

The kids have just two more full weeks of school before Spring Break from March 24-28. Here are a few ideas to keep them entertained if you stay in town. ⛸ Jones Center in Springdale — Set them free to swim, ice skate, play games and see art performances. 8am-5pm Monday through Friday for first through sixth graders; $250 or $200 for Jones Center members 🎨 Community Creative Center in Fayetteville — Harness their art skills at one of three camps each day during spring break. Each cost $125. Art camp 9-11:30am for ages 7-12. Clay camp 12:30-3pm for ages 7-12. Wheel camp 3:30-5:30pm for ages 10-16. 🏀 Rogers Activity Center — Drop them off to play between 6:30am to 6:30pm any day during the break or all week. $35 daily, including breakfast, lunch, and snacks for kindergarten through sixth grade. 🎾 Bentonville Parks and Recreation Camp Challenge Island — Kids ages 5-12 will play with slime from 9am to noon Monday through Thursday. $145 or $135 for members. Camp Esports — 9am to noon Monday through Thursday for kids ages 6-14. $145 or $135 for members. Camp Magic — 9am to noon Monday through Wednesday for kids ages 5-7. $155 or $145 for members. Camp Tennis — 8am to noon Monday through Thursday for kids ages 6-14. $135 for Bentonville residents $145 for non-residents. 🎭 Arts Live Theatre in Fayetteville — They'll create characters and get a feel for the stage. Trolls-themed camp for children ages 6-8. 9am to noon Monday through Friday. $130. Spy kids-themed camp for kids ages 9-12. 1-4pm Monday through Friday. $130.

Jones Center releases 2024 Community Impact Report

SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — From nonprofit partnerships to scholarship support to free community events, the Jones Center's annual Community Impact Report highlights the ways it has made a difference in Northwest Arkansas. 'This report is a testament to the work we're doing to grow our public programs and philanthropic initiatives, support local nonprofits, and celebrate Jones team members, volunteers and stakeholders,' said Joe Lloyd, President & CEO. 'With double-digit growth in 2024 for total site visits, memberships, and Access for Everyone scholarships for local families, I am beyond proud of our team,' Lloyd continued. 'In 2025, we will continue this momentum, helping our members and guests thrive while creating a healthier, stronger community for all.' Some of the highlights from the report include: A 10% increase in Jones Center visits (596,119 total visits) 1,344 'Access for Everyone' scholarship recipients $158,000 in scholarship support (35% increase) 1,094 children from 33 cities enrolled in Summer Camp programs 'At the Jones Center, we develop programs to meet our community's needs. We are committed to lasting community impact, whether that be teaching a lifesaving skill or making programs financially accessible,' explains Lydia Corbell, Sr. Director of Programming & Engagement. 'Our programs are designed to ensure everyone—at any age and in any stage of life—has an opportunity to learn, play and thrive.'
