Southington brewery hosts ‘Let's Get Buzzed' fundraiser for kids battling cancer
SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Volunteers buzzed their hair off in support of kids battling cancer on Sunday during the 'Let's Get Buzzed' event at Kinsmen Brewery in Southington.
The event raised money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation.

'My son and I just shaved our heads for kids for cancer, he collected how much? About $2,200 for these kids, so it's nice to see a kid doing things for kids,' said Joseph Goldman of Woodbury.
Food, raffles, drinks and local vendors were all available to participants and patrons.
Over $10,000 were raised leading up to the event.
