New Hope Democrats to select new mayor in primary race Tuesday
New Hope voters have races to consider in the Democratic primary on Tuesday for their parties nomination for mayor and borough council members.
The primary is Tuesday and polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and mail-in ballots must be returned by 8 p.m. Bucks County election results will be available Tuesday night after the polls close.
Longtime New Hope Mayor Laurence Keller did not seek reelection.
No Republicans filed for mayor or the borough council seats, so the winning Democrats in Tuesday's primary will run unopposed in November. Democrat Joseph Kassick, an incumbent, is running unopposed for a 2-year term on borough council in Tuesday's election and in November.
