Channel 2 Investigative Reporter Ashli Lincoln learned the video was recorded inside of Lithonia High School on Tuesday.
Critics say the teacher's actions indicate this is something she has done before.
'You're in a classroom. She knew better, she should have known better,' said Dr. Joyce Morley, a former DeKalb County School Board member.
DeKalb County school officials are investigating why the teacher thought it was OK to smoke a vape pen in her classroom.
The video, and the school district's response, LIVE on Channel 2 Action News at 5 p.m.
