X Factor star welcomes second child with his boyfriend and reveals sweet name of their baby daughter

The X Factor star David Heath has welcomed his second child. The singer, 39, who starred on the ITV series in 2006 with boyband Eton Road, welcomed his first daughter via surrogate with boyfriend Samuel Paul on Wednesday. The couple, who are already who are already parents to 23-month-old son Jude, introduced their newborn with a sweet video to announce the news on his social media. Sharing a glimpse of their daughter the pair posted: 'Welcome to the world… OUR DAUGHTER! Honey Arblaster Heath. 16/06/25. 6Ib 10oz. 13:07pm.' They added: 'She entered the world four days earlier than planned but Sarah & Honey are doing absolutely fine.' David announced the news that he is preparing to welcome his second child in March as he shared the happy news with his social media followers. The couple couldn't contain their smiles as they posed for photos with their son Jude. He penned: 'Chapter 2… June 2025. The secret is finally out and baby number 2 is on their way, we couldn't be happier! Your dad's and big brother can't wait to meet you'. In a second post, the couple were seen enjoying a lavish baby shower and gender reveal party with their close friends and family. Standing in front of a large LED 'baby' sign, David, Samuel and son Jude were joined by their surrogate Sarah. As the confetti canon was set off, the family were seen jumping as pink confetti covered the air revealing they are set to welcome a baby girl. They wrote: 'We're having a……… We couldn't be happier! We've been through so much as a family this last couple of months and it was so nice to have something positive to happen. '17 weeks and counting and things just started feeling real. Eton Road also featured David alongside Anthony Hannah, Danny Morris, and Jay Edwards. They were mentored by Louis Walsh and lost to Ben Mills in week 7's live sing off ahead of Leona Lewis' eventual victory.
