West Linn woman, 81, in white VW Jetta still missing
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — On May 16, Judith Roberts had lunch plans with her friend in West Linn. When she didn't show up, her friend checked her house — but she wasn't there. Two days later she called the family. 'This is how we think what happened,' Judith's daughter, Elizabeth Farly, told KOIN 6 News on Saturday. 'It wasn't that she intentionally went to the coast. She took a wrong turn and she kept driving. And she's pretty stubborn when she's in a mood.' Farly Since then, Judith — who is 81 — has been spotted at least three times along the Oregon Coast, including two sightings the day she disappeared. The first time was surveillance video at a gas station in Lincoln City, the next was from a safety camera in Florence. The third time was on a camera in Winchester Bay, traveling south on Highway 101. Judith Roberts is driving a white Volkswagen Jetta with an Oregon license plate 501 JYP. Her son has been driving along the coast looking for their mom. Teenager missing after disappearing in Long Beach, Wash. waters 'He went all the way down to Brookings, the last kind of city in Oregon before you hit the border to California,' Farly said. 'And then came all the way back up and hit places that he hadn't hit on the way down.' Farly said her mother — 5-feet-6, 100 pounds with short grey hair and glasses — has cognitive issues and relies on medications. 'We want her home, and we want her home safe. and but we're also coming to the realization that we may not — we don't know where she is,' Farly said. 'We miss you and we want you to come home.' Police seek help finding missing endangered West Linn woman
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Police are asking for help locating an 81-year-old West Linn woman who hasn't been seen since Friday. According to West Linn police, Judith Roberts was last seen on the 19600 block of Wildwood Drive in West Linn sitting in her white Volkswagen Jetta with Oregon license plates 501 JYP. She is described as a white female, 5'6″ and 100lbs, with short grey hair and wearing glasses. Officials said she also may have cognitive issues, doesn't have her cell phone and is considered endangered.
