AMY Childs has opened up about her relationship with fiance Billy Delbosq after being spotted without her engagement ring. The Towie, 34, star was wasn't wearing her sparkler when pictured out in Essex yesterday, following reports she'd cancelled the wedding. 4 4 4 But insiders have now insisted Amy and Billy, 42, are "more in love than ever". A source told The Sun: "Amy just took her ring off to go to the gym. "She and Billy are are more in love and stronger than ever after what they've been through together recently." Amy sparked concern among fans recently after showing off her extreme weight loss. But last week she opened up about the reason behind it, revealing mum Julie had suffered a heart attack. The family has been left rocked by Julie's ill-health - and Amy still has to work and run a home with four children. Our insider continued: "Amy is busier than ever with brand deals and filming for Towie and Billy also works full time for his own flooring company. "She and Billy are still having so much work done to their dream home and were in full blown wedding planning for their do at Cliveden Hotel in September. "But then when Amy's mum had a heart attack, their worlds were turned upside down and she became their main focus. "It's a juggling act now between having four children and a house that looks like a bomb site outside." The TOWIE star, 34, who is said to be 'gutted' over the decision, has reportedly decided to cancel their impending nuptials to focus on her personal life. It was previously claimed that Amy's 'perfect' day was under threat and it has now been reported by Closer magazine that the day is totally off. According to the publication, the plans have been pushed back due to 'last minute changes', after she first delayed the wedding in 2023. An insider told the publication: 'Amy has had to cancel her wedding and she's absolutely gutted. There was going to be a show around it, following the run-up to their big day, but they've had to make some last-minute changes based on what's going on in their lives.' Amy revealed Julie was 'doing OK' but needs rest and is currently in hospital waiting for a stent to be fitted. A heart attack can lead to a complete blockage of blood flow to the heart, and a stent is a medical device used to open that blockage and restore blood flow. Alongside a picture of Julie beaming while holding her twins, Amy penned: 'We had very worrying news last Friday. My mum had a heart attack Friday evening. 'I've been having loads of messages from close friends (sorry I haven't got back to some of you). 'I still very much enjoy weekends with a few glasses of Prosecco or a bottle BUT this is basically a post to say if you was in the same boat as me 9months ago struggling to lose your weight!
