Woman found beaten and strangled in deadly attack in Queens: NYPD
OZONE PARK, Queens (PIX11) – A woman was found dead with bruises on a street in Queens late Thursday evening, police said Friday.
Juliet Kashidas-Singh, 64, was found near her home in the area of 103rd Avenue and 105th Street in Ozone Park just before 5:30 p.m., according to authorities.

The woman appeared to have been beaten and strangled, police said.
Francisco Sevilla, 40, was taken into custody early Friday morning. He faces charges of first-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Sevilla and Kashidas-Singh knew each other, according to police, but it's unclear what led up to the deadly attack.
