Clare woman, 24, dies during Edinburgh Half Marathon
Tributes are pouring in for a 'truly wonderful young lady' who died while taking part in a half-marathon in Edinburgh last weekend.
Clare woman Olivia Tuohy, 24, died while taking part in the Edinburgh Half Marathon on Sunday, May 25.

Her death notice reads: 'Olivia, a bright and beautiful spirit, passed away on the 25th May while participating in the Edinburgh Half Marathon. Olivia's bubbly personality and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
'Olivia is survived by her heartbroken parents Kieran and Liz and her brother Stephen and his partner Laura, and her loving partner Michael and his parents Maria-Elena and Steven, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbours and her friends both in Ireland and Edinburgh.
Banner Ladies Football Club led tributes, writing: 'We wish to express our sadness at the passing of our friend and former teammate Olivia Tuohy, daughter of Liz and Kieran. Our thoughts and prayers are with her parents, her brother Stephen, her partner Michael and her family at this sad time.
'May her gentle soul rest in peace.'
More condolences came in via Ms Tuohy's death notice, with one person writing: 'I had the privilege of going to school with her and playing camogie that I will always treasure. Olivia was a truly wonderful young lady, full of kindness, spirit, and warmth. She always had a smile on her face, and her presence could light up any room.
'Her strength, joy, and the way she treated others with such genuine care will never be forgotten. Olivia left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know her. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. May you find comfort in the love that surrounds you and in the beautiful memories of Olivia that will live on forever.'
Another added: 'I'm so happy to have been able to call Olivia a friend since Junior Infants. So heartbroken. Olivia was so kind to everyone and I'll always remember the memories and her laugh x.'
The Clare woman's death comes as news that another female runner died during the Cork City Marathon on Sunday.
24-year-old Ellen Cassidy had been taking part in the half marathon when she fell ill just before the finish line.
The Cork native was taken to Cork University Hospital (CUH) where she passed away.
