Clock is ticking for customers of this Pierce County vintage shop. When it will close
Junkers Nest — a vintage shop at 1002 Main St. in Sumner — is closing on March 31.
The store posted an announcement on Facebook and Instagram on March 21.
'The people and small businesses of Sumner bring unique charm and spirit to downtown Main Street,' the post said. 'We will miss being a part of this community.'
Everything in the store has been discounted, the post said. The shop sells vintage furniture, clothing, decorations, books and candles. The Washington State Department of Revenue says the store has been open since at least Dec. 23, 2020, though the owner also has a business filing dating back to Jan. 7, 2011.
Junkers Nest did not say why it was closing in either post. The News Tribune reached out to the shop but has not heard back.
