Arrest made in fatal Gibson County crash
HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – The Gibson County Sheriff's Office says an arrest has been made in a fatal crash from back in January.
Officials state deputies went to the 4800 block of North 200 West in rural Patoka to serve an arrest warrant on 41-year-old Justin Hill.
Second teen arrested for Lodge Avenue murder
Officials say Hill was involved in a crash on January 24 where he was driving a red Cadillac CTS when he allegedly failed to yield the right of way when crossing US 41 at Old US Highway 41.
This caused a crash with a Ford Escape that was going south on US 41.
Officials also say each driver was submitted to a chemical test where Hill's test indicated he was under the influence of methamphetamines.
He was taken and booked into the Gibson County Jail, facing charges of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.
