15th annual horticulture conference and seed swap set for Texarkana

TEXARKANA, Tx. (KTAL/KMSS) – The 15th annual CEP Bi-States Hybrid Horticulture Conference & Seed Swap will take place in Texarkana, Tx. Free Health, Wealth & Community Fair at the Beverly Community Center The program is a collaboration between Prairie View A&M University and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, featuring local speakers and horticultural exhibits. 15th Annual Horticulture Conference coming to Texarkana

TEXARKANA, Texas (KTAL/KMSS) — For the 15th year in a row, the annual CEP Bi-States Hybrid Horticulture Conference & Seed Swap will be taking place in Texarkana, Texas. It's a joint program between University of Arkansas Pine Bluff and Prairie View A&M University, featuring local speakers and horticultural exhibits. Local artist to debut new artisan exhibit at Clean Slate Botanicals Topics of discussion will include food safety, urban forestry and community gardens, bee keeping basics, sweet potato production, and more.
