Man accused of having sex with underage girl at high school in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Baton Rouge man was arrested after he was accused of having sex with an underage girl at a high school in East Baton Rouge Parish.
Keilan Augustine, 18, was charged with indecent behavior with juveniles.
Detectives with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office (EBRSO) were called to the school on Tuesday, April 29, to check on a '15-year-old female who was found nude from the waist down in a bathroom' with Augustine, according to the affidavit.
An administrator said that while checking an area where students were not allowed, they found the pair in the bathroom.
The 18-year-old was found with his pants halfway up, according to the arrest report.
The affidavit stated that a pair of underwear and a used condom were also found. The victim told law enforcement that 'nothing happened.'
Augustine was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
