Sault authorities seek suspect in vehicle theft

Sault police are investigating an incident of vehicle theft on Trunk Road earlier this month.

According to police, a man 'entered' the vehicle on June 11 by 'smashing a window.'
'(The) unidentified male was caught on video surveillance exiting the vehicle,' said officials with Crime Stoppers of Sault Ste. Marie & Algoma District in a news release.
Authorities said $500 worth of tools were stolen.
With portions of the incident captured on video surveillance, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and Crime Stoppers are requesting the public's assistance with identifying the man.
