This weekend, the Big 12 will crown a softball champion.
After semifinal victories on Friday, Arizona and Texas Tech will face off in the championship game of the 2025 Big 12 softball tournament at OGE Energy Field at Devon Park in Oklahoma City.
The winner of the matchup will earn an automatic berth to the NCAA softball tournament, though both teams are considered to be safely in the 64-team field. The full NCAA tournament bracket will be unveiled Sunday night.

Regardless of who wins Saturday, it will represent a turning of the page for the conference. Four-time reigning national champion Oklahoma won the Big 12 tournament in six of the past seven years in which it was held, but the Sooners left the conference after last season and are now competing in the SEC.
