Malhotra, a YouTuber from Hisar, runs the 'Travel with JO" channel. Malhotra faces charges under the Official Secrets Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for allegedly maintaining direct contact with Pakistan's ISI, passing sensitive data, and interacting with officials at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi.
