Secret Witness offering $10K reward for information leading to arrest in connection to 2018 Delano homicide
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern Secret Witness program is offering up to $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a nearly 7-year-old homicide investigation.
On Feb. 23, 2008, Saul Vaca, 21, was shot and killed on Belmont St in Delano.

Vaca was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
