Hot yoga studio coming to Route 22 shopping center in Bridgewater
BRIDGEWATER – A hot yoga studio is expected to open this summer in a Route 22 shopping center.
HotWorx, with infrared sauna workouts available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, signed a 1,640-square-foot lease at Fox Chase Center, 322 Route 22, joining Dunkin, Kessler Rehabilitation Center and Kiddie Academy among others there.

Hotworx is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, according to its website.
As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction, the website says.
