Create Account Toronto Police responded to several calls at 8:50 a.m. Police said a man was walking through the downtown commuter hub and allegedly approached several females and assaulted them unprovoked. The man was found by police and arrested. Following his arrest, police alleged that he made 'anti-women comments.' The victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Kevin Thomas Delgado Pina was charged with 10 counts of assault. Toronto Police said the victim was holding an Israeli flag Sunday in the Yonge-Dundas Sts. area when a man allegedly tried to forcibly take the flag and assaulted the victim. Cops said the man then allegedly brandished a weapon, prompting a passerby to intervene. Police arrived and placed the man in custody. The victim suffered minor injuries. A-lan Clarke was charged with attempt to commit an indictable offence, robbery with violence, carrying a concealed weapon and weapons dangerous. Photo by PEEL REGIONAL POLICE MISSISSAUGA MAN CHARGED WITH SEX ASSAULT A 27-year-old Mississauga man has been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting a female contacted online to provide in-home cleaning services. Peel Regional Police said the victim went to the accused's residence on May 6 to provide cleaning services for which she was contacted through an online platform. Once inside, police said the victim was allegedly sexually assaulted and threatened. Ravinder Dhaliwal was arrested May 7 and charged with assault, sexual assault, sexual assault/strangle, forcible confinement and uttering a threat to cause death or bodily harm. Police say they were called to the area at around 8:50 a.m. Officers allege the accused was walking through the busy terminal, approaching several victims before attacking them. Police said the women sustained non-life-threatening injuries, but did not say how many victims there were. When officers found the suspect and arrested him, they said he made 'anti-women comments.' Kevin Thomas Delgado Pina, of no fixed address, is facing 10 counts of assault. The charges have not been tested in court. Investigators are sharing his photograph as they believe there may be more victims, and say they are treating the investigation as a suspected hate-motivated offence.
