On a visit to the Nabd Al Falah Community Centre in Abu Dhabi, the emirate's Crown Prince interacted with children who were all smiles as they talked to him, took photos, and proudly showed him their books.
The leader thanked the children, smiling at their excited conversations; putting his arms around them, he kissed their foreheads.
The heart-warming interactions occurred during his visit to the community centre, during which Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, directed the expansion of integrated community centers across the emirate.

Sheikh Khalid stressed that establishing an integrated social environment that provides all members of society with opportunities to communicate and participate effectively is among the priorities of the leadership.
He toured several facilities at the hub and received briefings on its key initiatives and projects, including Majlisna by the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, which aims to revive traditional Emirati social gatherings, as well as community recreational projects developed by the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi. The leader also reviewed the Abu Dhabi Gaming initiative by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, which is spearheaded at Nabdh Al Falah Community Hub.
He also toured the centre's halls, which were designed to support and empowering youth, and develop their capabilities and skills, to raise generations capable of continuing their role in driving the wheel of the knowledge-based and innovative economy.
These centres represent a fundamental pillar towards achieving the goals of the sustainable social development process in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in support of the 'Year of Community' initiative, launched by the UAE President.
During the first months of its operation, the centre will offer more than 145 programmes, with the participation of more than 38 entities, within 5 main areas including social and entertainment programs, health and sports, educational and skills development programs, social empowerment programs, cultural programs, and national identity enhancement programs.
Dr Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Chairman of the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi, said: 'The launch of the 'Nabd Al Falah' Centre represents a qualitative shift and an important step towards enhancing the concept of integrated community centres, which reflects the efforts made by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to develop initiatives and projects that serve individuals and families, improve the quality of life for all segments of society, and ensure a more sustainable future for our coming generations.'
Mohammed Hilal Al Balooshi, Executive Director of the Community Participation and Sports Sector at the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi, said: 'The centre's facilities include a multi-purpose hall for hosting and organising community events, spaces and rooms for organising programmes and workshops, and facilities to encourage a healthy lifestyle, including sports fields, walking and cycling paths, and other facilities. The centre targets all segments of society in Abu Dhabi, including citizens and residents, including families and youth.'
