Angry crowd heckle stars and their newborn at WWE event

Kourtney Kardashian, her husband Travis Barker and their baby Rocky Thirteen were booed by the crowd at a WWE event in Los Angeles at the weekend. The reality TV star and Blink-182 drummer made a rare public appearance with their one-year-old son and the crowd had a mixed response. Footage shared to social media captured the moment the trio appeared on the big screen inside the Intuit Dome and the odd reception they were hit with. Kardashian was lovingly bouncing Rocky on her lap and protecting his face from the cameras as Barker smiled and threw up a peace sign, at the same time a chorus of boos and cheers bellowed out from a packed stadium. But the trio didn't stick around for long, staying only for the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match before leaving. If you'd like to view this content, please adjust your . The outing comes after Kardashian appeared on her sister Khloe's podcast Khloe in Wonder Land in May where they discussed their relationship with Caitlyn Jenner. They spoke of very different experiences of growing up with the former Olympian — who was still known as Bruce Jenner while married to their mother Kris Jenner. Kourtney confessed she did not have happy memories while Khloe praised Caitlyn's efforts as a stepparent. She went on to add that she felt Caitlyn 'tried to be controlling and bossy.' Baby Rocky is Kourtney's fourth child. She shares three children — Mason, Penelope and Reign — with ex Scott Disick. Travis also has two children — Landon and Alabama — with ex Shanna Moakler.

Kourtney Kardashian slammed as ‘insane' for controversial parenting move & even sister Khloe thinks it's ‘crazy'

KOURTNEY Kardashian has been slammed by fans as 'insane' and 'dysfunctional' after sharing her controversial parenting style. The 46-year-old reality TV star even left her sister and mum-of-two Khloe, 40, stunned by her 'crazy' claims. Attachment parenting is a child-rearing philosophy centred around building a strong emotional bond between a parent and child. It emphasises empathy, responsiveness and close physical and emotional connection, especially during infancy and early childhood. There is also a strong importance placed on breastfeeding, baby-wearing, avoiding 'baby training' and responding with sensitivity. Advertisement The Kardashians star who tied the knot with Travis Barker back in 2022 and gave birth to their son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, on November 1, 2023, at a hospital in Los Angeles, admitted that contact naps are of high importance to her and baby Rocky. 19 months after Rocky's birth, not only does Kourtney still sleep in the same room as him, but she even holds him for all of his naps too. Revealing all on her 'attachment style parenting', Kourtney shared: 'One thing I did differently this time, I've always shared a bed with the other kids, but we share a room with Rocky.' When it comes to defining attachment style parenting, Kourtney added: 'I think it's not separating for as much as possible in the first three years. Advertisement 'It really helps nurture their secure attachment. It's just what my instincts tell me and what they tell me to do.' Unlike Khloe, who is mother to True, six, and Tatum, two, Kourtney 'doesn't really have a schedule' with her 19-month-old baby. Kourtney Kardashian scolded over parenting style with baby Rocky as fans rage 'be thankful for your privilege' Kourtney told her sister: 'You are very scheduled and planned out - activities, outfits, bedtimes, food. 'We have a general time but as babies, we have no schedule. Rocky doesn't really have a schedule. Advertisement 'Today we got up at 7am, made breakfast for the kids and they got out the door and I noticed he was so tired at around 8:30am, and so we nursed in bed and he went to sleep. We go with the flow.' It really helps nurture their secure attachment. It's just what my instincts tell me Kourtney Kardashian Not only this, but Kourtney also admitted: 'With the attachment style parenting, I hold him for his naps. The whole time.' To this, Khloe gasped: 'Wow, that's crazy to me.' Kourtney then confirmed: 'He's 23lbs…Once he took a nap for five hours. Advertisement Different parenting styles explained There are four recognised styles of parenting explained below: Authoritarian Parenting What some might describe as "regimental" or "strict" parenting. Parents with this style focus on strict rules, obedience, and discipline. Authoritarian parents take over the decision-making power, rarely giving children any input in the matter. When it comes to rules, you believe it's "my way or the highway". Permissive Parenting Often referred to as "soft parenting" or "yes mums/dads". Permissive parents are lenient, only stepping in when there's a serious problem. They're quite forgiving and they adopt an attitude of "kids will be kids". Oftentimes they act more like friends than authoritative figures. Authoritative Parenting Authoritative parents provide their children with rules and boundaries, but they also give them the freedom to make decisions. With an authoritative parenting style, parents validate their children's feelings while also making it clear that the adults are ultimately in charge. They use positive reinforcement techniques, like praise and reward systems, as opposed to harsh punishments. Neglectful or Uninvolved Parenting Essentially, neglectful parents ignore their children, who receive little guidance, nurturing, and parental attention. They don't set rules or expectations, and they tend to have minimal knowledge about what their children are doing. Uninvolved parents expect children to raise themselves. They don't devote much time or energy to meeting children's basic needs. Uninvolved parents may be neglectful but it's not always intentional. A parent with mental health issues or substance abuse problems, for example, may not be able to care for a child's physical or emotional needs consistently. 'I'll sit in our little chair and I still have my little breastfeeding pillow so he'll lay on there and my arm is under. 'Then I have a little radiation blanket that I put over to protect from EMFs from phone use. 'I'll do extended breastfeeding, co-sleeping.' Fans react But social media users were left stunned by Kourtney's 'crazy' style of parenting and many eagerly raced to share their thoughts. Advertisement One person said: "The luxury of being rich. Can afford to sit there for three to five hours. Maids, nannies, etc to help with the house and other kids.' I'm sorry but that's ridiculous TikTok user Another added: 'I love it how Kourtney talks as if she's a wonderful mother as if we don't all know how dysfunctional her three other children are.' A third commented: 'That is crazy!!' Whilst someone else slammed: 'I'm sorry but that's ridiculous.' Advertisement Despite this, other parents confessed that they too have a similar parenting style to Kourtney. One mother explained: 'I've held my son for every nap for the past two years and I have no nanny, no maids, no money. It's definitely possible, especially if you only have one baby!' A second chimed in: 'With my first baby I would contact nap and I'd sit in the living room holding him while he slept.' Meanwhile, another parent admitted: 'I nap with my 21-month-old for two hours a day. It's amazing. I love it.' Kourtney Kardashian slams 'dated' school system

Kourtney Kardashian thinks the school system is "dated". The 46-year-old star - who has Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and 10-year-old Reign with former partner Scott Disick and 18-month-old Rocky with husband Travis Barker - is open to the idea of home educating her brood because she no longer sees the point in sending them into a classroom. Appearing on her sister Khloe Kardashian's 'Khloe in Wonder Land' podcast, the pair reflected on a time when they, along with third sister Kim Kardashian, were feuding, which Kourtney felt was partly because she had started therapy and setting boundaries. She said: 'I of started challenging the ways that we did things, sometimes the way that we just all function... 'Well, I feel like I love to just go against the grain, I think." Asked if she pushes back just to be different, she replied: 'No, I think living authentically is not conforming to whatever it is. 'For me, there's so many ways. There's ways we function as a family that…it's like if someone does the same thing every day. Like I do it with everything, it's not about our family. "Like, let's say the school system. I'll think, 'Why do kids f****** go to school?' Truly. It's so dated." Khloe agreed: 'Oh, I'm such a homeschool person. So don't even get me going.' The Poosh founder admitted children have sent her videos from "successful people" whose kids don't go to school. She added: "And then I'm like, 'What's the goal here? You want to do homeschool? Let's do it!' Or whatever it is. I think it's anything." Kourtney also favours "nursing" her children when they are ill instead of treating them with medication. She continued: "I will like nurse the fever of my kids versus giving Tylenol or ibuprofen. I just want to do that. And whatever it is, there's so many things like that where I feel like I kinda do, maybe in the world generally does maybe more what I do, but in the United States [it's different].' Travis is also dad to Landon, 21, Alabama, 19, and stepdaughter Atiana, 25, from his marriage to Shanna Moakler, and the 'Kardashians' star believes their blended family has given them a "deeper" existence. She said: 'I love my role as stepmom, because I don't feel like its up to me to discipline. 'We've kind of allowed each other to—we'll talk about it, he can handle the harder things. I definitely give advice or try to be a good role model. 'Some days I've thought like, 'Wow, this is really hard blending families.' But even in the days that are hard, there's so much more love. It's such a deeper, richer existence.'

'Bossy and controlling': Kourtney Kardashian details old struggles with Caitlyn Jenner

Kourtney Kardashian found Caitlyn Jenner to be a "controlling" stepparent. The 46-year-old reality star and her younger sibling Khloe Kardashian discussed their very different experiences of growing up with the former Olympian - who was still known as Bruce Jenner while married to their mother Kris Jenner - and the Poosh founder admitted she is happy for her sister to have positive memories because she doesn't. As Khloe praised Caitlyn for understanding the right balance of stepparenting and said it was something she "did with us so well", Kourtney disagreed. Khloe said on her 'Khloe in Wonder Land' podcast: "[Caitlyn] never tried to be Dad and I always appreciated and respected that." But her sister replied: 'Okay, so, that wasn't my experience, but maybe that's why it became your experience. So [I'm] grateful for that for you." Kourtney told how she felt Caitlyn "tried to be controlling and bossy" during her childhood and used to "tell me certain friends can't come over." Khloe was surprised as she admitted she always thought Kourtney "didn't connect" with Caitlyn and "didn't like" their stepfather because "he was replacing Dad – not that he did, no one could replace Dad." Kourtney - who has Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and 10-year-old Reign with former partner Scott Disick and 18-month-old Rocky with husband Travis Barker - noted it was "so weird" that they had had such different experiences and recalled the "yelling wars" she used to have with her former stepparent. She said: "I would be like, 'I wanna call my Dad,' and [Caitlyn] would hang up the phone. "We would have yelling wars." While Kourtney doesn't have good memories of her blended family, Travis is also dad to Landon, 21, Alabama, 19, and stepdaughter Atiana, 25, from his marriage to Shanna Moakler, and the 'Kardashians' star loves being a stepmom to them because she understands the role she needs to play. She said: 'I love my role as stepmom, because I don't feel like its up to me to discipline. 'We've kind of allowed each other to—we'll talk about it, he can handle the harder things.
