A teenage driver has been charged with murder in Virginia after allegedly admitting to gunning down a man he said jumped out and started kicking his Tesla, according to court documents. Kianmehr Shirinipaziziba, 18, told police he shot 39-year-old Jason Hann after he attacked his Tesla near a shopping center in Herndon on Friday night, according to court documents. 3 18-year-old Kianmehr Shirinipaziziba has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting. Herndon Police Department Hann 'kicked the mirror and appeared to reach to his waistband,' Shirinipaziziba told police. The teenager then pulled out his own Glock 27 9mm handgun, chambered a round and fired a single shot which struck Hann, the court docs said. 3 Shirinipaziziba says the man kicked his Tesla. Man charged with murder after admitting to shooting other man in Herndon, police say

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. () — Authorities have charged a man with second-degree murder after he admitted to shooting another man in Herndon Friday night, police said. At around 9:40 p.m., officers from the Herndon Police Department responded to calls about a 'disorderly' man in the 300 block of Elden St. A short time later, Kianmehr Shirinipaziziba,18, of McLean, Va., called the police department and said he encountered the man on Elden Street and he shot him, according to police. When officers arrived at the scene, they gave the injured man medical treatment until medics took him to the hospital, where he died. As of Saturday morning, police have not released his name. After conducting interviews, authorities charged him with second degree murder and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond. Police noted that the unidentified man and Shirinipaziziba did not know each other before the shooting.
