Shoppers rush to save £60 on Kindle Fire Tablet in high demand deal

This budget tablet is great for people who want to scroll through social media on a bigger screen or watch TV. When the majority of us hear the word Kindle we make an automatic association with reading. While this is the primary use for the usual devices, Amazon at one point also created a variation of of the device under the same name. However, these Kindle Tablets are more targeted to people who are looking for budget Apple and Samsung gadgets. Featuring a full colour touchscreen display, these tablets allow you to read while also keeping up-to-date on social media and TV. While brand new models of the tablet are normally priced around £99.99 for the cheapest model, Wowcher has recently cut the price of one version down to as low as £29.99 - saving tech lovers £60 on their purchase. However, this comes with the caveat that the Amazon Kindle Tablet being sold on Wowcher is the first generation of the device, which was released way back in 2011. Therefore, shoppers won't experience the same level of performance that is provided by the newer models, reports Manchester Evening News. The Kindle comes with half a gigabyte of RAM and a dual-core CPU, so shoppers shouldn't expect the device to seamlessly switch between tasks. Additionally, there is only 8GB of storage available, but if users are only using the device for social media and browsing the web, this probably isn't that big of an issue. Featuring a 7-inch screen, this compact device is perfect to take with users while on the go. However, this model is Wi-Fi only, so users won't be able to use cellular connection to help access the internet. Kindle Fire Tablet Product Description While this model may be old by today's standards, the devices have been restored to a high standard by the seller. As a refurbished item, the Kindle Tablets will have been previously owned by others. However, the only difference in the device shoppers may see is some cosmetic wear, apart from that the device should work like it did back in 2011. For shoppers looking for more up-to-date tablets, Amazon has slashed the price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9. Normally retailing for £169, tech lovers can now get the device for only £81.71. With 64GB of storage and a 8.7-inch screen, this tablet is sure to make multi-tasking a breeze. Another budget tablet on the market is the Lenovo Tab 10.1in 64GB Wi-Fi Tablet. Normally retailing for £149.99, Argos has cut the price down to £119.99 - saving shoppers £30. With a 10.1-inch screen, shoppers can enjoy up to 9.5 hours of their favourite shows on a single charge. For those interested in the Kindle Fire Tablet, people who owned the device at the time seemed to really enjoy it. With a 4.5 star rating, the small device received an array of glowing reviews. One shopper said: "My recommendations for people buying a Kindle Fire: If you are looking for an e-reader with additional functions, if you want to read magazines on your e-reader, if you want to watch the occasional movie and play a game here and there, then the Fire is right for you." Another added: "I got my Kindle Fire right when they were first released in 2011 - five years later I still use it every day, more than my iPad Mini." However, not everyone was as pleased, as one shopper grumbled: "It was heavy and the resolution was not great. I liked the iPad mini or Samsung tablet much better as they can be used for reading as well as web-browsing." Another also quipped: "I like this for reading books but it is horrible for Internet usage. There is a delay when you type and many pages don't load correctly. I got an iPad 8 months after I bought my Kindle and now I wish I had never bought the Kindle." However, not everyone had the same experience, as another happy customer wrote: "I bought this for my 9 year old daughter. It is amazing. She loves reading books and playing games. It isn't as expensive as an iPad but it has pretty much all the great features an iPad has." For those wanting to snap up an Amazon Kindle Fire Tablet for only £29.99, click HERE.
