(WATE) — The people of East Tennessee will have a lot of options for how to spend their weekend from upcoming events like the Rossini Festival, to Pigeon Forge's Rod Run, to the Orange and White Game. This incredible celebration of East Tennessee's music, food and art will hit the streets of Knoxville this weekend. Rossini Festival returns for 2025: What to know
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE)—The Rossini Festival is returning to Knoxville for its 22nd year on Saturday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, April 13, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Each year, the festival draws thousands of people to Knoxville to celebrate the global impact on the music, food, and culture of East Tennessee. The free event, presented by Knoxville Opera, is an annual International Street Fair featuring more than 75 artisans, food vendors and four outdoor stages. Saturday rate for Market Square Garage begins under new Downtown Knoxville parking plan The outdoor stages will be set up on Market Square, Union Avenue, Church Street and Clinch Avenue. Attendees will be able to watch performances showcasing opera, classical, jazz, gospel, ballet, modern dance and more.
