Higher secondary curriculum to be revised and implemented next year

Thiruvananthapuram: The higher secondary curriculum will be revised and implemented in the next academic year, said general education minister V Sivankutty. He was inaugurating the Plus One admission festival 'Welcome 2025' at the Model Govt Higher Secondary School on Wednesday. Alongside the commencement of Plus One classes in public schools, the 'Koodeyundu Karuthakkan' project is being launched to empower students to overcome challenges, he said. "Our public schools should not be mere centres of textbook knowledge; they should nurture students socially, emotionally and intellectually. Schools should foster an atmosphere of happiness and care every day. Every child should feel safe and supported by a large community," the minister said. The 'Koodeyundu Karuthakkan' project includes counselling services with expert assistance, personality development classes, cyber safety awareness and life skills training. Teachers will receive training to understand students' mental states and provide necessary support. The project will also guide parents at every stage of their children's growth. These efforts will play a crucial role in accelerating positive changes in students, the minister stated. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch xu hướng AUD/USD?
