Responding to Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa's claim that the
BrahMos
missile system was developed during Manmohan Singh's tenure, Simmha criticised the minister's educational background and questioned his competence. 'When uneducated people enter politics and become ministers, this is what happens,' he said.
