How to book a reservation at Saint Laurent x Sushi Park Paris

Life by Camille Macawili 2 hours ago Opened in February 21, 2025, Sushi Park Paris, launched in collaboration with Saint Laurent, brings the same philosophy of high-end, traditional sushi to the French capital. With the opening of Saint Laurent's Rive Droite Paris location includes a dedicated bookshop and a new culinary hotspot beloved by artistic director Anthony Vaccarello and his inner circle: Sushi Park Paris. The original Sushi Park is a highly regarded omakase-style sushi restaurant located in a strip mall on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Known and loved for its no-frills, high-quality sushi experience, it has gained a cult following among Hollywood celebrities and serious sushi lovers the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Taylor Swift, Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and more. Sushi Park Paris embodies a minimalist and upscale aesthetic, blending traditional Japanese design with bold yet modern elements. Led by Chef Peter Park, the gastronomic journey reflects both the artistry of Japanese cuisine and the sophistication associated with the Saint Laurent brand. Just like the LA location, the restaurant is exclusive and follows a meticulously crafted tasting menu in an Omakase format featuring seasonal and simple yet innovative dishes. Photo: ©Kristen Pelou Due to the restaurant's bespoke nature and limited seating, advance reservations are highly recommended given its popularity with fashion industry insiders, tastemakers, and style enthusiasts.
