(120 Huntington Ave.) opens its rooftop pool for the season with a mellow menu: Caribbean tenders; lobster rolls; pina coladas and mango coolers; plus a pop-up lending library from Lovestruck Books for relaxing reads and live music on Monday nights. Non-hotel guests can visit Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. and on Sunday after 1 p.m. for $55.

) launched the fund to honor the memory of his son, Preston, who died at 15 due to sudden cardiac arrest caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy while playing basketball. The fund is devoted to funding cardiovascular initiatives at Tufts Medical Center and Children's Hospital in Boston, providing defibrillators to communities in need throughout Massachusetts, and supporting opportunities to increase survival rates following out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
