Two police officers guilty of gross misconduct over strip-search of school girl
Two Met police officers have been found guilty of gross misconduct – after carrying out a strip search on a 15-year-old Black girl at her east London school.
The disciplinary hearing found that the search of the girl – known as Child Q – had been 'disproportionate, inappropriate and unnecessary'.
PCs Kristina Ling and PC Rafal Shmi-din-sky were dismissed without notice.
