Travis Kelce has taken up residence at a luxurious $US20 million ($A31 million) Florida mansion as he reportedly prepares for the upcoming NFL season. The Kansas City Chiefs star has been renting the lavish Boca Raton property where he is focusing on his fitness regimen after losing the 2025 Super Bowl to the Philadelphia Eagles. According to the Daily Mail, the tight end was seen moving into the six-bedroom waterfront mansion in April. The NFL pro arrived with his close friend Ross Travis, longtime personal chef Kumar Ferguson and several luxury vehicles, including a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a Maybach SUV and a Cadillac Escalade. Located in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, the mansion features a pool with a waterfall, a home theatre, a spa, a private dock, a wine room, a bar and 24/7 security, Page Six reports. 'Private access to a covered balcony provides mesmerising island views,' a previous listing said, per Realtor. 'In the wood-beamed kitchen, Wolf appliances, two porcelain-topped contrasting islands, and a breakfast bar make it easy to whip up something delicious, and with an attached 10-person dining area, there's room for everyone at the table.' 'This is the sanctuary,' an insider told the Daily Mail. According to the outlet, Kelce, 35, has been training nearby at Johnny O's Gym with strength and conditioning coach Andrew Spruill. The footballer has also reportedly been indulging in home-cooked, protein-rich meals made by Ferguson, a childhood friend. Ferguson, who has been cooking for the Chiefs star for eight years, has reportedly been spotted buying shrimp, crab and yellowfish tuna at the local Pop's Fish Market. An insider told the Daily Mail that Kelce has his eyes on the 2026 Super Bowl title amid rumours this will be his last season. 'Travis is keeping the noise out and putting in the work,' a source said. 'If this is his final year in the NFL, he's determined to go out on a high.' It's unclear whether Kelce's girlfriend, Taylor Swift, has spent time at his off-season retreat. However, the pair was seen together earlier this month on a rare public outing in Philadelphia following his disappointing Super Bowl loss in February. The couple was spotted having a Mother's Day brunch with the tight end's mom, Donna Kelce, as well as his brother Jason Kelce and Jason's wife, Kylie Kelce.

Travis Kelce was caught without a shirt for a hot second, and the internet can't stop talking about it. On May 20, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was seen leaving a workout with former Chiefs teammate Ross Travis and his friend and chef, Kumar Ferguson, in Florida. Travis was originally caught by sneaky paparazzi cameras wearing an all-black outfit (T-shirt, shorts, and baseball cap). Once the men finished their session, Travis removed his shirt, and his bare chest and back were on display for everybody. In the episode, Travis explained that he hated the heat, joking that he's wearing two shirts (referencing his t-shirt and body hair underneath).
