Kazma leads the Kuwait Volleyball League with a perfect record
KUWAIT CITY, March 8: Kazma now leads the Kuwait Volleyball League standings alone after securing a dominant 3-0 victory over Al-Sulaibikhat (25-21, 25-20, 25-19) in their recent matchup at the Volleyball Association Hall in Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Complex. Al-Qadisiya also claimed a comfortable straight-sets win over Al-Yarmouk (25-10, 25-12, 25-16). With this latest victory, the "Orange" remains unbeaten with 21 points from seven matches, while Al-Shabab dropped to second place with 18 points. Meanwhile, "Sons of Ahmadi" will face the Kuwait Club at 9:00 pm. Kuwait Club sits third in the standings with 15 points from five matches. Al-Qadsiya holds fourth place with 12 points, followed by Al-Nasr (11 points), Zubairgan and Al-Arabi (9 points each), Al-Sulaibikhat (6 points), Al-Yarmouk (5 points), Al-Tadamon (3 points), and Al-Sahel (2 points). In other news, the Asian Volleyball Federation Coaches Committee held its first meeting via video conference, led by Federation President Ramon Suzara of the Philippines. The meeting focused on strategies to develop volleyball coaching across Asia. Committee member Badr Al-Kous revealed that five proposals aimed at improving coaching standards were approved during the meeting. Among the key initiatives is the establishment of volleyball academies across the five regions of the Asian Federation to enhance youth development in the sport.

Al-Tadamon sweeps Al-Sahel for first victory
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 20: Al-Tadamon Club secured its first victory in the Kuwait Volleyball League, defeating Al-Sahel 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-19) in the 13th round at the Games Union Hall in Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Complex. In another match from the same round, Kuwait Club dominated Al-Yarmouk with a straight-set win (25-15, 25-20, 25-16). Following the conclusion of the 13th round, Kazma remains at the top of the standings with 18 points from six matches, followed by Al-Shabab with 12 points from five matches. Kuwait Club holds nine points from three matches, while Burgan and Al-Nasr are tied with six points each from four and six matches, respectively. Al-Qadsiya and Al-Arabi both have six points from three and four matches, respectively, while Al-Sulaibikhat sits at six points from seven matches. Al-Tadamon climbs to three points from five matches, while Al-Yarmouk has two points from five matches, and Al-Sahel remains at the bottom with one point from six matches.
