Black River Falls man facing 10th OWI offense in West Salem traffic stop
WEST SALEM, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A Black River Falls man is accused of a 10th OWI offense. A criminal complaint says that after midnight on Monday, April 14th, a West Salem Police Officer checked the license plates of a vehicle. That check determined the vehicle was registered to Aaron Falcon. He had lost his driving status due to failing to install an ignition interlock device. Authorities also learned he had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested outside of a Kwik Trip, where he told officers he used meth the day prior, and used meth daily. Authorities also found syringes in his vehicle that had a white powdery substance, which tested positive for fentanyl.
