Learn more You'll likely recognise Kyla Kirkpatrick – or the Champagne Dame as she's affectionately known – from her time on the Real Housewives of Melbourne. What you may not know is that Kyla has built an impressive career in the world of bubbly. She hosts luxury Champagne tours around France, owns Australia's premier Champagne distributor company, Emperor Champagne, and currently has a collaboration with Brad Pitt's Champagne brand, Fleur de Miraval. Yes, who knew Brad Pitt owned a Champagne brand? Suffice to say, Kyla knows how to throw an unforgettable soiree. We caught up with the glamorous reality TV star and entrepreneur to get her expert hosting tips, the beauty products she's loving right now and the one etiquette rule she never breaks. WHAT PRODUCTS ARE IN YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE? 'My cleanser is Tatcha and it's so good. I always use it twice at night to make sure my makeup is coming off.' 'Something that I never, ever go without is Dr. Dennis Gross. The dewy vitamin C cream is amazing.' 'Something I buy when I need a bit more glow or I'm doing a lot of flying is Rejuvenate Face Oil – it gives me that beautiful dewy glow love.' WHAT PRODUCTS ARE IN YOUR MAKEUP BAG? 'There's one product that I can never do without and it's the Too Faced Foundation, Born This Way. I wear warm beige.' 'This Pat McGrath palette is what the celebrity makeup artists use. It's amazing. Lot's of sparkle, lots of shimmer, lots of shine. I love this.' WHAT ARE YOUR BEST TIPS FOR HOSTING? 'The tip for me when I'm decorating a table is loads of candles. And you don't always need a candle base because they can drip down on to themselves.' XRJ Celebrations Ball Pillar Candle, $32 at The Iconic 'I'm of Scottish heritage and I like to bring a little bit of my family heritage to the dinner table. So I like to use a tartan napkin.' WHAT'S YOUR BEST TIP FOR BEING THE PERFECT GUEST? 'If someone's invited you to their home and they say, 'don't bring anything', I like to take a bottle of champagne. But this is the really important part of the etiquette – if you take that champagne at room temperature, it's intended as a gift for your host to enjoy it another time. If you bring the champagne cold, it's intended to share with the guests on the night.'
