Doja Cat Is on the Prowl in Leopard Print Skirt Suit at Balmain's Fall 2025 Paris Fashion Show

Doja Cat continued her Balmain leopard print streak at the label's fall 2025 fashion show in Paris on Wednesday. The rapper wore a skirt suit designed by Balmain's creative director, Olivier Rousteing, accessorizing with gold diamond-encrusted Messika jewels and Christian Louboutin heels. Doja currently works with stylist Brett Alan Nelson, who also counts Tate McRae and Karol G as clients. At the 2025 Oscars on Sunday, Doja also donned a Balmain leopard print design. Her strapless couture gown was decorated with beads and came with a thin scarf. Alongside Lisa and Raye, the Grammy winner performed as part of a James Bond tribute during the ceremony. Doja was hardly the only star to model metallics at the Oscars, with Demi Moore, Halle Berry and Emma Stone, among others, favoring shades of gold and silver in designs by Armani, Christian Siriano and Louis Vuitton. Balmain's latest presentation also played up animal prints, particularly zebra — a pattern used by the label's founder, Pierre Balmain. Rousteing has a history with exotic textiles, having incorporated leopard spots in several Balmain collections. Per WWD's Miles Socha, Rousteing's fall 2025 collection marked a departure from his typically sharp, formfitting silhouettes. The French designer became Balmain's creative director in 2011. 'I would say this collection is about cocooning,' Rousteing said backstage. 'There's a softness that I'm really proud of…. For me, it's the beginning of a new era.'
