'Stop The War' protestors gather in Glasgow city centre
STREETS in Glasgow city centre were temporarily shut down as a 'Stop The War' march took place on Saturday. Around 1500 people gathered in the city for the rally, which was organised by the Stop The War coalition. Our photographer went along to capture the march taking place. Attendees gathered at the steps on Buchanan Street from midday despite an application submitted to Glasgow City Council for the demonstration stating that the assembly point would be on Dundas Street from 12.30pm.
