A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for northwestern Bexar County, east central Bandera County, southwestern Kendall County and southwestern Comal County until 10:30 p.m. Meanwhile, the National Weather Service has also issued a Flood Warning until 3:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, for Bexar County, southeastern Comal County, Guadalupe County and south central are expected to fire along an outflow boundary moving across the Hill Country, then push into the San Antonio metro area after 7 p.m. Forecasters say these storms will bring threats of large hail, potentially the size of tennis balls or larger, gusty winds and the slight possibility of a read: Severe Midwest weather, including a tornado, leaves at least 14 dead in Kentucky; 7 dead in Missouri A tornado watch is currently in place, which means meteorologists are closely monitoring the atmosphere for the development of rotating storms.
