On Wednesday just before 11:30 a.m., Lambton emergency services responded to the collision at the intersection of Highway 40 and Plank Road in Sarnia. One driver was taken to hospital by ambulance with minor injuries. The other driver was not hurt. After an investigation, police charged a 73-year-old of Chatham with failure to stop at a red light.
