Pine Bluff police investigating deadly crash involving multiple cars
PINE BLUFF, Ark. – The Pine Bluff Police Department is investigating a Wednesday afternoon crash involving multiple cars that left one person dead. Authorities said PBPD officers responded to a crash near West 33rd Avenue and South Olive Street around 2:44 p.m. Loved ones remember Arkansas mother and children killed in car crash When they arrived, officers said they found a red car with severe driver-side damage and a grey Chevrolet Silverado with front-end damage. Officers said there was also a white car that was hit because of the collision. Police said the driver of the red car, identified as 62-year-old Larry Strong, was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger of the red car had non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. PBPD officials said the drivers of the Silverado and the white car did not have life-threatening injuries and were not taken to the hospital. She was a top 10 finalist in 2014 and 2015 at the Miss Kansas Pageant.
