Glum Tarek El Moussa seen with wife for first time since brutal Las Vegas hotel bust-up as new details emerge

Tarek El Moussa stepped out publicly for the first time since his brutal Las Vegas hotel bust-up last week. On Thursday, the HGTV star, 43, looked glum as he arrived at a Toronto airport with his wife Heather, 37. The couple — who are based in Newport Beach, California — were photographed making their way through the terminal with their luggage. Heather flashed a beaming smile at fellow travelers while Tarek kept a low-profile with a black baseball cap low over his eyes. The pair were later seen waiting near a black SUV at the airport's outdoor pickup spot. The sighting came just hours before new alleged details about Tarek's Las Vegas brawl emerged. has reached out to Tarek's representatives for comment. The altercation occurred last Thursday at The Palazzo at the Venetian hotel between Tarek and another male, whose identity has yet to be revealed, as confirmed by a spokesperson for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Witnesses claimed that Tarek drove his knee into the man's head, knocking him out. A source told at the time that Tarek was defending his elderly father when the squabble occurred. The HGTV personality was cited for battery for the incident but was not arrested over it. Tarek's wife Heather was present at the time, but had no involvement in the physical violence. Now, TMZ has obtained a Las Vegas Metropolitan PD report that alleges the violent bust-up was captured on casino surveillance video. According to the report, the fight kicked off after Tarek's alleged victim allegedly bumped into the HGTV star's father's chair at a roulette table inside The Palazzo. The bump-in reportedly upset Tarek's father, who allegedly turned around in his seat to face the man. After Tarek's father turned his back, the man allegedly tapped him on the right shoulder and said something to him that reportedly caused Tarek, who was seated near his father, to get involved. Tarek allegedly got up from his seat and 'charged at the man, pushing him back before the two got into a 'fighting stance.'' As per the police report, Tarek's adversary allegedly went for the star's legs in an attempt to take him down. But Tarek allegedly proceeded to knee the man to the floor. The police then claimed that Tarek 'mounted the man's back and pummeled him with three blows to the head.' After the 'three blows to the head,' Tarek allegedly 'got up and walked away.' The incident was called in as an 'assault/battery' and the alleged victim told police that he wanted to press charges. The report claimed that the man suffered several injuries as a result of the casino altercation, including 'purple and red bruises under the right eye and a cut on the bridge of his nose.' The police said that the alleged victim's account of the fight with Tarek differed slightly from what they had viewed on the hotel's surveillance footage. According to cops, the man claimed he was 'aggressively approached' by Tarek at the roulette table before allegedly being 'assaulted' by him. The man insisted he was trying to defend himself. Tarek was also interviewed by police. He insisted that he only confronted the man to 'protect his Dad due to him having back problem.' However, Tarek stopped speaking with cops after his Miranda rights were read, according to TMZ. In a statement to the outlet on Thursday, Tarek's attorneys David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld said: 'Tarek intends to contest these allegations in a court of law where he will assert his right to self-defense and the defense of his elderly and infirmed father.' Days after the Las Vegas brawl, Tarek reunited with his ex-wife Christina Haack to celebrate their daughter Taylor's middle school graduation. El Moussa and Haack, 41, were joined by Tarek's current wife Heather as they united as a blended family unit. The co-parents smiled while posing with the 14-year-old graduate and nine-year-old son Brayden in a joint Instagram post shared on Tuesday. Christina, who recently finalized her third divorce, wrote in the caption: 'Taylor we are so proud of you and so excited for you to head into the next stage of your life. Our beautiful, smart, incredible, bright light we all love and adore you.' And the proud mom, who also shares five-year-old son Hudson with ex-husband Ant Anstead, added lightheartedly, 'We hope all the mistakes you've watched us make throughout your life help to guide you to a brighter future.' She added a trio of crying laughing emojis before finishing the sweet note, 'Love you, baby. High school here we come!!!' Taking to Instagram Stories, Christina also shared a photo with just Tarek and Taylor, adding, 'We've been through a lot but one thing we've always been is great co-parents.' Tarek, Heather, and Christina starred together in HGTV's The Flip Off earlier this year, putting their tumultuous past behind them. The show is a spinoff of Flip or Flop, which Tarek and Christina made famous during their nine-year marriage. Christina was married to Tarek from 2009 to 2018. She was married to Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2021. In May she finalized her contentious divorce from ex-husband Josh Hall. Following the legal resolution, she took to Instagram Stories to thank celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser. She wrote in capital white letters against a black background, 'Huge thank you to the disso queen @laurawasserofficial and team @ashleymoe22 & @existentialjuju you are all a true class act. 'I loved watching you in action and how you handle everything and everyone with class and grace... I appreciate you all beyond words.' The impassioned note continued, 'I have learned so much under your guidance and I'm grateful to have this behind me. I can't wait to move on with my life and focus on what's ahead and all my blessings.'
