Kentucky police search for missing teen from Corbin
CORBIN, Ky. (WATE) — The Kentucky State Police searching for a 16-year-old who disappeared from Whitley County.
Layla C. Wells was last seen leaving her home in Corbin around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, police say. She is approximately 5'8″, and 130 pounds with short hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, she wore a purple hoodie, black sweatpants and black Nike slides with the swoosh symbol painted red. Wells also had a small white purse with a gold chain strap.
Police encouraged anyone with information to contact Kentucky State Police Post 11 in London at 606-878-6622 or 1-800-222-5555.
