THERE should be a ban on walking dogs in hot weather.
I see people walking their dogs when it's 27 degrees Celsius or higher.

It's not fair on the dog.
Their paws get burned from walking on a hot surface.
The dog owners should take off their shoes and walk on a hot surface all day.
If this could not happen then that would be great.
It's upsetting.
