Fleetwood Mac star reacts to Charli XCX's ‘saucy' music video with daughter

Lindsey Buckingham is gearing up for yet another Brat summer. The former Fleetwood Mac musician shared to YouTube a video reacting to Charli XCX 's 'Von Dutch' music video as part of his new reaction series with his 25-year-old daughter, Leelee. 'This one is Charli XCX who I'm not that familiar with,' the Palo Alto native says in the clip, posted to his channel Wednesday, May 14. 'I hear good things.' Before hitting play on the music video, during which the British pop star chaotically struts around Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, Leelee asks her father if he had a Brat summer, to which he replies 'the brattiest.' 'She's getting kind of saucy already,' Buckingham goes on to say as Charli XCX rips off her pants and throws them behind her as she walks through a busy airport terminal. 'That's not a good place to get saucy.' The 'Landslide' artist continued to interject with his commentary throughout the high-energy video, with Leelee chiming in with her own observations at times to explain what's going on. At one point he notes that the singer 'bleeds on the lens and she spits,' adding that he doesn't think it was real blood. 'I don't think so, dad,' Leelee concurs. Later in the video, when the 'Apple' singer hops onto the wing of a parked airplane, ignoring a sign that advises not to do so, Buckingham proclaims he's 'surprised the airport let her do all this stuff.' By the end of the rather turbulent music video, Buckingham concludes that he found it 'entertaining.' "There was so much going on,' he says, 'and all in the context of a normally-restrictive environment, paranoid environment, uptight environment — that set the whole thing off very well.' The father-daughter duo launched their 'Lindsey + Leelee React' video series on April 16 with a live reaction to the video for Buckingham's 1984 solo single, 'Slow Dancing,' which Leelee compared to the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland.
