As she has been shooting with him in Laughter Chefs and sees how he quickly loses his temper at times. While recalling the season, Mahira said, "Agar ab jaati toh shayad ladti bhi naa. I was young at that time. Barely in my early 20s and I was literally growing up during the show. With experiences and maturity, I have realised that 'never say never'. At that time, I used to feel toh kya hua, main bacchi hu par mere mein dimag bohot hai. But I believe, you get matured with experiences and age. Tabhi toh lagta tha kuch bhi bol sakte hai, but now with age I have realised. " Among her many successes, one stands out—her performance in the chart-topping track Lehanga, which has now crossed a staggering 1.77 billion views.
