Mother's Day 2025: How will you be celebrating this year?
Ahead of Mother's Day, we want to hear why your mum is SO special and what you'll be doing to Day, also known as Mothering Sunday, is a day celebrated in many countries around the world to honour mums and those who act as mother figures in people's lives. Mother's Day first came into being way back in the Middle Ages, around a thousand years ago.A custom developed of letting people return to their home towns to visit their church and their mum on the fourth Sunday of the Christian festival of time, this became Mothering Sunday in Britain, and later Mother's it's by giving flowers, making a cake, or simply saying what you mean in a card, there are plenty of ways to celebrate Mother's Day on us know what you'll be doing in the comments.
