Lip reader reveals Trump's three-word question to Melania

A lip reader has spilled the beans on a private exchange between Donald Trump and Melania during Saturday's military parade, shedding light on their seldom-seen personal dynamic. Despite being rarely spotted together in public during Trump's second term, the couple enjoyed some quality time last week, first at the opening night of 'Les Misérables' at the Kennedy Center and then presenting a united front at a military parade in Washington DC. Trump had hyped up the parade, which marked the US Army's 250th anniversary and coincidentally fell on his 79th birthday, as a "big day". However, images from the event showed sparse crowds, hinting at a disappointing turnout. The president was notably brief in his address to the crowd, speaking for just eight minutes instead of the planned 15. Seated between Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Melania, Trump spent much of the parade chatting with Hegseth but was also seen engaging with his wife, reports the Mirror US. In a tender moment caught by the cameras, Trump showed his caring side as he checked in on Melania's comfort, according to lip reading expert Nicola Hickling. "Are you cold?" Trump enquired of Melania towards the parade's end, Nicola revealed to the Daily Mail. "No, I'm okay," was Melania's heartwarming response. Her response was acknowledged by Trump with a subtle nod. At the event, Melania seemed to be taking on a more assertive role with her husband, as noted by a body language expert who observed the couple engaging in some "very unusual" public displays of affection. "Melania's body language was something of a small revelation at the parade on the weekend," commented Judi James, a body language expert, to The Irish Star. "Not only was she displaying some subtle signals of taking a more assertive role with her husband but there was also a very unusual and eye-catching PDA for him too. "The hand on his thigh was a gesture of intimacy and control that was performed at least twice as they sat watching the parade," Judi elaborated. She suggested that the gesture could have been a form of comfort for her husband. "It might have been his birthday treat or maybe a gesture of consolation that his birthday bash didn't quite live up to expectations in terms of crowd numbers and entertainment," Judi speculated. "But it was a fond-looking gesture that was reciprocated later by Trump, who was seen placing a hand onto his wife's lap, too."
