Indices: Stock market update: Nifty Pharma index falls 0.83% in a weak market

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Pharma index traded negative around 10:25AM(IST)on Thursday in a weak Lifesciences Ltd.(up 0.82 per cent), Granules India Ltd.(up 0.61 per cent), Gland Pharma Ltd.(up 0.45 per cent) and Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 0.15 per cent) were among the top Pharma Ltd.(down 3.73 per cent), Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(down 1.83 per cent), Biocon Ltd.(down 1.58 per cent), Laurus Labs Ltd.(down 1.34 per cent) and Ipca Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.23 per cent) were the top losers on the Nifty Pharma index was down 0.83 per cent at 21543.4 at the time of writing this NSE Nifty50 index was down 201.5 points at 24611.95, while the BSE Sensex was down 654.57 points at the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 7 were trading in the green, while 43 were in the of Vodafone Idea, Tata Teleservices, NTPC Green Energy, YES Bank and NALCO were among the most traded shares on the of VRL Logistics, Stampede Cap(DVR), Silgo Retail, SecMark Consultancy and Interarch Building hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Aditya Birla Retail, R K Swamy, Lakshmi Precis, Supreme Infra and Digjam hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
