Man allegedly steals Lightning McQueen Crocs from NY home: police

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. (PIX11) – A man is wanted for stealing two pairs of shoes from a home in Hauppauge on April 11, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. Police said it happened on Wheeler Road around 2:15 a.m. More Local News The suspect is accused of breaking into the home through an open window and taking a pair of adult-sized Lightning McQueen Crocs and Nike sneakers, according to authorities. Police said the man, described as being in his 20s with short braids, was allegedly seen in the area a day before the robbery.
