Meghan Markle shares sweet video of Lilibet's American accent for first time

Meghan Markle fans heard her daughter Lilibet's accent for the first time in a new video posted by the Duchess of Sussex. Markle was back in the kitchen on Saturday, making jam with the daughter that she shares with Prince Harry when she asked for the three-year-old's thoughts. 'What do you think, Lili?' Markle asked Lilibet, whose face was not shown, about the boiling pot of fruit. In the background of the clip, fans heard Lilibet's American accent for the first time, as she responded: 'I think it's beautiful.' Although Lilibet's face was hidden, her hands were spotted stirring up fruit in a pot. Lilibet's take on the jam comes almost a month after Meghan launched her lifestyle brand, As Ever. Along with her iconic jams, Meghan's business sells Limited-Edition Wildflower Honey with Honeycomb, Herbal Lemon Ginger Tea, Herbal Hibiscus Tea, and Herbal Peppermint Tea. However, none of the items are available anymore, since everything sold out in the hour after the website launched. Meghan and her husband have largely shielded Lilibet, who was born in 2021, from the public eye. However, the royal has recently shared a few special moments with her daughter on social media. When announcing the relaunch of her brand, which was previously named American Riviera Orchard, in February, Meghan included a photo of her and Lilibet on the company's website. In the image, Lilibet is holding her mother's hand, in matching all-white outfits as they run across a lawn with trees, with the Pacific Ocean in the background. Last month, the Suits star shared a video of Lilibet and Archie making a Valentine's Day treat. The clip on Instagram began with a close-up shot of Meghan cutting strawberries into a heart shape. Accompanied by the Nat King Cole track 'L-O-V-E,' Lilibet can be seen in the shot helping her mother before the treat is brought over to Archie. When she announced her new lifestyle brand name, she also shared a video of herself in her family's garden. Harry could be heard saying, 'It's recording' in the background as Meghan said, 'The cat's out of the bag.' 'Last year, I had thought, 'American Riviera, that sounds like such a great name.' It's my neighborhood; it's a nickname for Santa Barbara, but it limited me to things that were just manufactured and grown in this area,' she said. Previously, the Duchess experienced issues regulating American Riviera Orchard, as she sought to trademark the brand in the summer of 2024, which was rejected last August.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex apologises for 'overselling' luxury honey

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has apologised to customers after her limited-edition As Ever honey "oversold". Following the official launch of her food and lifestyle brand last week, some fans expressed their disappointment that they wouldn't be receiving the Limited-Edition Wildflower Honey with Honeycomb they had ordered and paid for as there wasn't enough stock. The honey, priced at $28 (£22), was "Meghan's own appreciation for the art of harvesting this natural delight at her family home in Montecito, California". But in an email sent to customers this week, Meghan explained that the error was due to "overselling" and confirmed that those who missed out would be receiving a refund. "I was so sorry to hear about what happened with your order, and that due to overselling we are not able to get you the Limited-Edition Honey. Please know the team worked very hard in every department and felt just as sad when we learned what had happened," she said in the note that has been circulating on social media. "The excitement created a volume of traffic on the site that even we couldn't have orders were happening so quickly that the backend of the site didn't have a chance to keep up. The Limited-Edition Honey that you purchased was, unfortunately, already sold out." However, Meghan promised that the As Ever team is working hard on replenishing inventory and will be sending customers a future gift. "(We) will gladly send you an item of your choosing to thank you for your understanding," the 43-year-old continued, before signing off, "As ever, Meghan." The former Suits actress, who married Prince Harry in 2018, unveiled the first As Ever products shortly after her TV series, With Love, Meghan, streamed via Netflix in March. The entire line sold out in under an hour when it went on sale last week.

Meghan Markle apologizes after As Ever sales mishap disappoints shoppers

Meghan Markle's As Ever brand sold out in less than an hour, but some customers' orders went unfulfilled due to high demand. As Ever's Limited-Edition Wildflower Honey with Honeycomb sold out so quickly, some shoppers who had their purchases confirmed later learned the stock was already gone, and the order couldn't be filled. The As Ever team sent an email to customers with an apology from Markle and a promise of not only a refund, but a free gift from the next product launch. "My goodness, what a whirlwind this week has been! Thank you so much for the support. It really means so much to me," Markle's note read according to screenshots shared on social media. "I was so sorry to hear about what happened with your order, and that due to overselling we are not able to get you the Limited-Edition Honey. Please know the team worked very hard in every department and felt just as sad when we learned what had happened," the letter continued. "I know it's not the same limited-edition item you had your heart set on (I would feel the same!) so I would also like to promise you something else: When our next limited-edition drop happens, you won't just be the first to know... you'll be the first to receive it. No need to order, it will come to you in the mail as a gift from me." Markle thanked customers again, adding, "so much more goodness is coming soon." The As Ever team also promised in what appears to be the same email that they will be refunding customers' purchases and "In addition to the refund, please let our customer service team know if there is another item you would like us to send you, free of charge. We are working on replenishing inventory and will gladly send you an item of your choosing to thank you for your understanding." A source told Fox News Digital there was an overwhelming response to the launch, which resulted in a significant spike in site traffic and order volume. The pace of transactions briefly outpaced the site's back-end processing, which led to a small number of orders being accepted for a Limited-Edition product that had already sold out. The source added that the team is proactively reaching out to impacted customers with full refunds, along with a gesture of appreciation – offering a complimentary item of their choice while inventory is being replenished. Markle's As Ever brand launched on April 2 and sold quickly, despite high prices that sparked some debate online. The Duchess of Sussex thanked everyone on launch day, writing on Instagram, "Our shelves may be empty, but my heart is full! We sold out in less than one hour and I can't thank you enough… for celebrating, purchasing, sharing, and believing. It's just the start [of] @aseverofficial. Here we go!" As Ever's debut line was timed with the release of her Netflix show "With Love, Meghan," which premiered on March 4. The former actress was joined by her famous friends and chefs on the show, as she shared her favorite recipes and hosting tips.
